Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 1851 Palm Bay Road Northeast # 9, Palm Bay, Florida.

I was directed to this store, by their sister company National, due to my original rental car having a flat tire and I needed to pick up a new rental car. It took my about an hour to get a new car and on top of it, the car I was given was absolutely filthy and had less than a quarter tank of gas in it. The store manager, Mark, went above and beyond to ignore me and not handle my request for a new car. I had been waiting in line for about 30 minutes and was next in line, but Mark decided he would help the customers who came in after me first since they were "easier" because my account required more work for him. The customers behind me told them they could wait, but Mark proceeded to help them anyways. Awful experience and I will never replace or rent a vehicle from this location. They need new management and employee training on how to handle customers with respect here.
